Last Night's Sterling O'Neill Band Party at the Tin Star

There's this guy who always sits at the back of the saloon, and he always seems to be in such a good mood.

Last night was no exception. I mean, this guy is always smiling. Maybe he likes crowds, or perhaps it's the music. Or maybe it's just his nature; he always seems pleased with life. Gotta hand it to him.

In any event, the Tin Star was

last night for the Sterling O'Neill Sunday evening dance party. We ended up having a pretty good turn-out .

There were dancing feet:

as well as whole dancers.

And of course, there was the Sterling O'Neill band.

Bill Sterling:

Steve O'Neill:

George Honea:

We met a few new people last night. A drummer from Oakland (sitting next to a harmonica player we already know...)

Don Curry, who often plays at the Tin Star with Pete Springer.

Tony Buford stopped in.

As well as a bunch of ladies who enjoyed having their picture taken for the blog:

The band sounded great! Here they are doing a bit of ZZ Top, and Your Mama Don't Dance.

See you soon at the next Tin Star music event!

  1. I understand that "Little Ray" (pictured at the top) frequently gets some wood sitting back there like that.
